Halina, the project coordinator, was on top of everything. Not a single issue we had was overlooked. They addressed everything. We made the right choice! Frank, Halina and Lou (master carpenter & craftsman) took our 1930 mortar/stone wall, uneven cement floor, no ceiling 87 year old dingy space and made it into a finely designed modern bathroom! Expertly framed, finely taped drywall, great paint, beautiful Italian floor tiles. All within our discussed budget. No surprises, very professional and daily clean up. Quite friendly folks as well. "I don’t know how to thank you enough for the fabulous job that you did in my lower level family room, mudroom, laundry room and bathroom. Five years ago you installed a Master bathroom in my home and the job you did was excellent, that was why my husband and I decided to hire you for our recent home improvement project and we are so happy that we did.
First of all, when we you started this project I was 9 months pregnant and due to deliver within three weeks. You told me that you would have the job done in four – six weeks and would try your best to get the messy and noisy parts done early for my convenience and for the health of our newborn. In fact I went into labor early and you surprised my husband when he got home the day our daughter was born by having our baby’s bassinet put together and ready for her homecoming. It truly moved him, not only because we never expected you to do anything so thoughtful, but because you were working so hard on our home improvement project and it only reinforced what we already knew, that every step was being taken to do a great job in our home by wonderful thoughtful people. Personally, I cannot say enough great things about you and those men on your crew. Everyone was outstanding! 
My family room looks brand new! The mudroom is so bright and airy now that my husband considered just turning it into an office and the bathroom is truly beautiful. You made half of our home look terrific within budget and you finished ahead of schedule. "We came across the notion of remortgaging our home and getting cash out to consolidate some other debt. While in that process, we started talking kitchen renovation. One name came immediately to our minds; CAPS Woodworking. We had seen their work at a Neighbors and they spoke highly of them. Upon meeting owner Frank Capuano and his team we knew that they were the right contractor for us. I can not say enough about their professionalism, dedication, attention to detail with the complete demolition and installation of the new kitchen ( cabinets, island and counter tops), we even took out the linoleum and replaced with hardwood and the entire first floor floors were redone to perfection. CAPS also painted the entire first floor, which I have been wanting to do for a few years now ( I feel I have walked into a new home ) . Frank is avail by phone and text if you have any questions or concerns. Any question or concern is addressed immediately and rectified if needed. I needed help on a Saturday morning and Jordan came right over to help. CAPS even helped when I returned home from work with my cat that some how fell in the wall in our basement ( she fell in a small opening by a pipe and I have no idea how long she was in there, the wall needed to be cut and she was rescued ). My husband works the late shift and sleeps until late in the morning, Jordan was so considerate of this fact at best he could with doing kitchen demolition and remodeling. Jordan also made sure that our house was locked up when he left since everyone was at work and CAPS team was here by themselves. I will tell you that my husband does not want ANYONE in our home when we are not here, BUT he said how trustworthy he felt about CAPS and their team, he told me he had NO ISSUES ( my shock at this statement). I knew that my neighbors across the street did the same when they have had renovations ( they have had many, the last one just before mine ). Frank even plowed my driveway after a snow storm when they were working at my neighbors house ( thank you so much Frank, you knew I just had surgery and I could not shovel and my family had gone to work) THIS CONFIRMED TO ME THAT I HIRED THE RIGHT CONTRACTOR. Who does something like this without being asked? CAPS goes beyond the call and has excellent employees and integrity. I work for a building inspection company and understand how important customer service is, CAPS exceeded any expectations that I had. Frank, again if I haven’t said it enough, thank you. "Over the past 5 years Frank Capuano and his team have worked with me to convert my house into a sanctuary. Their team has not only repaired my garage, roof, and house siding–they have also taken the time to assess and repair problems I have had with my house–that no one else took the time to do, and repair it properly.
